Refund Policy

We want every agency to be happy with Quote Sheet Studio. This policy explains how the free trial, cancellation and refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

New agencies get 14 days free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. We refund the full amount of that payment to the original payment method, and your subscription is cancelled.

After 14 days

Payments are not refundable more than 14 days after they were made, except where the law requires a refund or where a billing mistake was ours. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@quotesheetstudio.com from your account's email address with the date of the charge. You can also contact Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, through paddle.net, using the receipt they emailed you. Refunds are processed by Paddle and usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged.
